Theanoでgpuの性能が出ない

下のページで紹介されてるコードを実行してみた

環境

• MacOSX 10.10.1 Yosemite
• python 2.7.9
• Theano 0.6.0
• cuda 6.5

gpuない時

N =  5000 elapsed time for np.dot() [sec] =  1.31951403618
N =  5000 elapsed time for theano [sec] =  1.3008480072

gpuある時

Using gpu device 0: GeForce GT 750M
N =  5000 elapsed time for np.dot() [sec] =  1.28163099289
N =  5000 elapsed time for theano [sec] =  1.22150206566
